Questions About Personalizing the Dad’s Game
What size photo image should I upload?
Dad’s Game supports JPG, GIF, and various photo formats. Higher resolution photos typically work best. We support a max image size of 25mb per photo. Personalize the game with your favorite photo which will print it’s its native color format.
Can I upload several photos?
In the editor, you can upload multiple photos into your default album. Please note, you can only have one (1) photo of your choice on the board at a time. If you want multiple photos on the board, you will need to upload one (1) image as a collage.
Can I ask my own questions?
Absolutely! The Dad’s Game allows you to individually edit the 20 board questions. You can keep or edit the text as needed. The editing tool allows you to align text and use the enter key to insert line breaks as need around clip art.
Can I add my dad’s name to the game?
Yes. You can do this in two ways. The first way is to add your Dad’s name to a question. The second way would be to add it to the custom image before you upload the photo.
What if I call my dad a nickname rather than Dad?
No problem. You can remove the word dad in any question box. The board will still be branded as Dad, but you can edit any question.
How long does it take to make my dad’s game?
We’ve partnered with a large commercial printer that has been in business for 110 years to help us create the highest quality gift for your dad. We are currently fulfilling orders twice per week. In general, please allow 1 to 4 days to print the game and 3 to 7 days to ship from Cincinnati, Ohio. If you are worried about delivery, consider upgrading the shipping method during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. The current price includes free ground shipping via USPS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are accepting credit and debit cards. We’ve partnered with Authorize.net to securely process card information and encrypt data using SSL. Dad’s Game does not store credit card information.
Return & Refund Policy
If your Dad’s Game is damaged in shipping we will replace your game at no cost to you. Simply send a photo of the issue to help@dadsgame.com. We will contact you for a resolution.
Due to the custom nature of the game there are no returns offered. All sales are final.
What should I expect to receive when my order arrives?
We ship via USPS. You will receive a custom printed game board, 6 player pieces, and a die. The game is printed in full color on a 100% recyclable board from 60% recycled materials. Shipping materials and packaging are streamlined to be environmentally friendly.
